Practice education activities on the History of reform and opening-up
In the afternoon of October 6, the autumn wind was blowing and the fragrance of red osmanthus was wafting. Taking advantage of the double festival holiday, some freshmen of our college went to Guangzhou Shishang Museum to carry out practical education activities on the history of reform and opening up under the guidance of the counselor.
At two o 'clock in the afternoon, the group left the school and took the subway to the 13th Row Museum in Guangzhou. Guangzhou line 13 is a historical cultural card, and reputed as an important port opening to the outside world, in modern China is the world's perspective China southern window, the students visited the museum a large number of precious historical materials and the cultural relics remaining at home and abroad, and understanding the thirteenth line glorious history, forge ahead, and eclecticism in line 13 cultural spirit. From export crafts to ship models, the students looked back on the remarkable prosperous years of Line 13 and realized the significance of opening up to economic and cultural development. Afterwards, the students walked to Shamian, an important commercial port in Guangzhou, to witness the changes of the modern history of Guangzhou, and the unique open air architecture "museum" formed by the european-style buildings on the island.
The practical education on the history of reform and opening up was carried out smoothly. The 11 freshmen experienced the historical changes brought by the reform and opening up to The Chinese society, stimulated their patriotism, and cultivated their spirit of "reform, opening up and innovation" in order to better promote the new students.
