【摘要】

The purpose of this research is to develop and validate a supervisor-initiated ICT-related intervention for helping employees thrive in the context where information and communication technology (ICT) is widely used for work. In this paper, this intervention is referred to as supervisory ICT support. Following the scale development procedure proposed by Hinkin (1998), we developed and validated a scale for measuring supervisory ICT support. The study is the first effort to conceptualize the role that supervisors may play in providing support for employees’ work-related ICT use.

【主讲人简介】

张军成（zhangjuncheng@gzhu.edu.cn），管理学博士，副教授，硕士生导师，入选广州市高层次人才、广州大学青年拔尖人才（第1批），阿姆斯特丹大学访问学者，美国管理学会（AoM）、中国管理研究国际学会（IACMR）会员。长期从事组织行为与人力资源管理领域的教学和研究工作，作为项目负责人主持国家自然科学基金项目2项、教育部人文社会科学规划基金项目1项、广东省哲学社会科学规划项目1项、广州市及广州大学各类资助项目5项，作为项目主要成员参与国家级和省部级科研项目10余项。截至目前，已累计公开发表论文30余篇，其中被SSCI、CSSCI检索论文18篇，2篇论文被人大报刊复印资料全文转载，多篇论文或研究计划在AoM、IACMR所举办的年度学术会议上报告。在哔哩哔哩（B站）投稿发布一系列统计分析原创演示视频，探索以up主身份（https://space.bilibili.com/696779169）普及多元统计分析方法的实务应用。
